Melinda is 5ft 6" and 130 lbs. She has an average figure, and Blue Eyes. Her hair is shoulder length and is black with pink highlights.usually left straight. She wears a bunch of outfits involving light blues and blacks much like Mabel, her younger sister.Shealso tends to make her treats and such shaped like roses most of the time. She has a tattoo of A Roselia on her left arm, which she says is because she likes the Pokemon for its beauty.She is often seen wearing heels, and other girly items. She will not be caught dead in tennis shoes ever. She Tosses roses behind her after winning battles too.



Her bag is a Tiny Rose based bag and holds a bunch of items such as brushes, her regular items, and ingredients for making poke puffs and other food on the move. She tends to let her hair blow wildly, as such it is pretty unkempt. This, Along with her Incessant Feminine style get her strange looks at times. Also, her rose obsession is kinda OCD.



Aside from her Obsession with roses, she also has an obsession with dogs. She has a Tatoo of a Growlithe on her chest, and a Blue Gem Necklace which seems a bit weird. She never gets rid of her Rose Barette which she always clips into her hair.

Personality:

Melinda can be easily described in a few select words and those are as followed: Loyal, Courageous, Friendly and outgoing. Melinda is the type of girl who will try her best to make friends with those she comes across, provided she thinks they are worthy of actually being her friends that is. She's rather vain actually, believing herself to be basically royalty even if she is in fact not royalty at all. She's somewhat self-entitled and thinks if she wants something she should get it. Though normally a friendly person to those she actually does like Melinda does have some anger issues: Rather short tempered and quick to anger it is a good idea to avoid doing things that might enrage this woman... not an entirely hard task in and of itself.



When you become Melinda's friend she is the type of person to do whatever she needs to back you up and is extremely loyal to those she actually cares about. Nonetheless, in her head, she's a princess and should be treated as such. Polite and very much civilized in the fancier of manners others lack, Melinda, tends to be able to remain composed in at least a few situations though she does have buttons that can easily enough be pushed. She dislikes bug Pokemon for example, finding them disgusting and improper as a species in its entirety. However, if she were to find one that showed her proper respect and attitude she might just be enclosed to take it with her if only to keep other bugs away. She quite the trouble maker as well and, should A person disrespect her she will not hesitate to plot out and plan some way to get back at them; whether it be something as simple as tripping them later, or pulling some more complex prank that might take more planning than something more in the moment.



She values respect as has been mentioned and will not stop herself from yelling at you if you are rude to her. She dislikes rude people and is of the mindset that If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all" At least that is how she views whatever other people might have to say whereas whatever she has to say... nice or not she will say it.

History/Back Story

Melinda was born to a very rich family in Alola Growing up in The Hau-Oli Streets and being part of one of the more wealthy families in the Region as a whole. Growing up Melinda was given anything and everything she wanted without having to lift a finger. Despite this, the child was taught something of work ethic by her mother though neither parent paid too much attention to their daughter. Yes, they loved her greatly and yes they gave her what she wanted but... but they gave her possessions as if it were to make up for their absences: Their work funded their daughter's lifestyle after all and if she ever asked the couple would tell her that it was because of that the girl got what she had and, should they stop working as much she would have less and life would be miserable.



It was almost as if her parents thought that without the money they would have nothing at all, even with their daughter.



School was alright for Melinda, nothing all too special as might be expected. She went to private schools all through high school, made a few friends and did well enough in school that no one ever seemed to have many issues with her grades. When it came to her chosen extracurricular activities, some that happened during school itself, however, there were some issues. Melinda was quite the troublesome child, someone who wants to have fun even if it puts others in annoyed positions or awkward ones. She liked to pull pranks and sometimes skip class, though it didn't affect her overall grade point average very much. Her parents were told, of course, told of their daughter's less than pleasant behavior and it even almost got her expelled from her school when she was nine but, with enough payoff from her folks and due to her good grades expulsion was not the end game.


The thing Melinda enjoyed the most was studying and the particular subject for school she liked to study was Pokemon, anything Pokemon related. She was alright with studying even when others went on their journeyed and got their starters but Melinda herself didn't want that; not yet anyway. For years the girl continued her studies, delving deeper into the world of Pokemon on paper or computer screen and eventually finding info about Pokemon Breeding.
